Collection: Tapes/Strapping

Tapes and strapping, such as kinesiology tape or sports tape, can help with joint pain by:

  1. Supporting unstable joints;
  2. Improving stability of a joint;
  3. Preventing over extension whilst exercising;
  4. Reduce swelling;
  5. Providing proprioceptive feedback, which improves awareness of joint positioning , known as proprioception.
  6. Facilitate healing by holding the joint in place whilst it is in the early stages of repair.
